Baked white fish with sweet potato
Balanced Phase 4 traybake with white fish, sweet potato and green asparagus, nicely simple.
This baked white fish with sweet potato is proof that effortless cooking can taste brilliant too. Mild white fish, roasted sweet potato chunks and crispy green asparagus cook together on a tray, with lemon slices for a fresh note and minimal washing up.
In the maintenance Phase 4 you want dishes that are simple to stick to, and this traybake is exactly that. The white fish delivers lean, high-quality protein with little fat, whilst the sweet potato provides soft, measured carbohydrates and the asparagus delivers fibre. Roasting in the oven concentrates the flavours, whilst the lemon adds a fresh touch without extra calories. A well-balanced plate that fits seamlessly into a high-protein diet without fuss, perfect for those who like to keep it simple.
Lovely with a spoonful of spicy yoghurt dip or a fresh salad on the side. A pinch of fresh dill over the fish finishes it off.
