Stuffed eggs with avocado and paprika powder
Fresh variation for Phase 1: creamy avocado filling with a pinch of paprika powder, low carbohydrates.
Stuffed eggs with avocado and paprika powder are a fresh, colourful variation on the classic party bite. The avocado makes the filling silky smooth and gives the eggs a lovely green colour, whilst a pinch of paprika powder provides a lightly smoky finish. A festive bite that you can have on the table in just a few minutes.
In Phase 1 of a protein diet, these stuffed eggs are a smart choice, as they deliver solid protein without unnecessary carbohydrates. The egg forms the protein-rich base and the healthy fats from the avocado contribute to a lasting feeling of fullness, so you won't feel peckish as quickly. With just a few grams of carbohydrates per serving, you'll maintain this low-carb phase effortlessly whilst still enjoying a creamy, flavourful bite.
Lovely with a few strips of pepper, some cherry tomatoes or a fresh salad of mixed leaves alongside. They also work brilliantly as a protein-rich lunch or as a colourful addition to a party platter.
