Protein ice cream from the Bioteïne protein shake

A surprisingly simple protein ice cream where the Bioteïne protein shake takes centre stage. By freezing the shake with quark and then whisking briefly, you get creamy soft serve without ice crystals or sugar spikes.

In Phase 1 this is a welcome dessert, the Bioteïne protein shake and quark together deliver plenty of protein for satiety, whilst carbohydrates stay deliberately low. That way you can enjoy something sweet without losing balance.

Serving tip: let the ice cream thaw just slightly for the creamiest bite. Lovely with a few frozen raspberries mixed through.
