EIWITRIJK RECEPT · FASE 2 · SNACK

Quark dip with vegetable sticks

Fresh herby quark dip with vegetable sticks for Phase 2: high-protein with a bit of healthy carbs.

10 min totaal 1 portie 260 kcal p.p. 28 g protein

This fresh quark dip with vegetable sticks is a light herb dip that you put together in ten minutes. The combination of dill, chives and a hint of lemon makes the lean quark surprisingly flavourful, and the crispy carrot and cucumber sticks give exactly that bite you're looking for. An ideal snack to take with you.

In Phase 2 you can introduce some healthy carbohydrates alongside protein, and this dip with vegetables fits perfectly. The quark delivers 28 grams of protein per serving, whilst the vegetable sticks provide fibre and a handful of slow carbohydrates that support your feeling of fullness. This way you build up your high-protein diet gradually without compromising on flavour.

Delicious with a few wholemeal crackers alongside or a boiled egg for an even more substantial snack moment. Radish or pepper strips also work brilliantly with this dip.
