Protein muffins with blueberry
Light protein muffins with oats and blueberries, a good start to Phase 3.
These protein muffins with blueberry are light, moist and studded with juicy berries that burst open during baking. A hint of honey provides just enough sweetness without taking over. A protein-rich breakfast that feels like a treat and sets your day off on the right foot.
Phase 3 of your protein diet gives room to fibre-rich carbohydrates, and these muffins make good use of that. The oats and wholemeal flour deliver slow carbohydrates for steady energy throughout the morning, whilst the vanilla protein powder, eggs and quark provide eighteen grams of protein per muffin. That mix of protein and slow carbohydrates satisfies for a long time, so you won't be hungry before lunch. A protein-rich start that sits seamlessly within Phase 3.
Lovely with a dollop of quark and a handful of extra blueberries, or a cup of coffee for a relaxed breakfast moment.
