Protein brownies with almond flour
Fudgy protein brownies based on almond flour and protein powder, perfect for Phase 1.
These protein brownies with almond flour are fudgy inside and intensely chocolatey. No sugar, no grains, but plenty of deep cocoa flavour that makes every bite melt on your tongue. A real treat that fits into your high-protein daily menu without any guilt.
In Phase 1 of your protein diet, everything revolves around plenty of protein and as few carbohydrates as possible. The chocolate protein powder, eggs and lean quark together deliver eighteen grams of protein per piece, while the almond flour keeps carbs low. That protein provides lasting satiety, so you won't reach for a snack right after this brownie. You'll easily stay within the strict framework of Phase 1 without sacrificing taste.
Lovely with a spoonful of unsweetened quark and a few fresh raspberries, or a cup of strong espresso for a grown-up pudding moment.
