12 min totaal 1 portie 380 kcal p.p. 28 g protein

This porridge breakfast with quark and berries is creamy, nourishing and just sweet enough to start your day right. The wholegrain oats are cooked into a soft porridge on milk and enriched with lean quark for an extra protein boost. Blueberries and chopped almonds add freshness and a crispy bite to this protein-rich breakfast.

In Phase 3, slow-release carbohydrates return as a source of sustained energy, and porridge is the classic choice for this. With 28 grams of protein and 42 grams of carbohydrates, this breakfast delivers steady fuel for an active morning. The quark significantly increases the protein content, making this dish a valuable pillar within a protein diet.

Lovely with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon or a spoonful of linseeds for those wanting more fibre. Swap the berries seasonally for fresh strawberries or raspberries to enjoy a different flavour.
