Chips don't have to be unhealthy, especially not with Callowfit Curry Ketchup. This low-sugar curry ketchup delivers that classic chip-shop curry and ketchup flavour, but with a fraction of the calories and sugar. It finishes this snack without undermining your daily goals.

This recipe is Phase 3, where you can have a bit more carbs. The sweet potato provides those complex carbs and fills you up nicely. A dip of lean quark with herbs adds extra protein, so it's more than just a snack.

Serving tip: cut the chips as evenly as possible and give them space on the baking tray so they crisp up best. Serve the Curry Ketchup in a separate bowl for dipping.

Zo maak je het

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Cut the sweet potato into equal chips and mix with olive oil, paprika powder, pepper and salt.
  3. Spread the chips with space between them over a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes and turn halfway through.
  5. Meanwhile, stir the quark with finely chopped chives, pepper and salt to make a dip.
  6. Serve the chips with the Callowfit Curry Ketchup and the quark dip.

Bewaren

Chips taste best fresh. Keep leftovers for a maximum of 1 day and reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispness.

Variatietips

Use regular potatoes or pumpkin instead of sweet potato. For fewer carbohydrates, make chips from celeriac and return to Phase 1.
