Chocolate protein ice cream

A creamy chocolate ice cream you make yourself, without an ice cream maker and without guilt. This chocolate protein ice cream freezes in a couple of hours into a soft, scoopable treat with deep cocoa flavour and pieces of pure chocolate that melt in every bite.

In Phase 4, it's all about balance and maintenance, and this ice cream is perfectly tuned to that. Lean quark and chocolate protein powder together deliver a good dose of protein, whilst banana and a little pure chocolate provide balanced carbohydrates and fats. That makes it a responsible way to finish your meal within a high-protein diet, the protein ensures satisfaction so you truly enjoy a pudding that fits seamlessly into the balanced approach of Phase 4.

Lovely with a handful of fresh raspberries or a pinch of cacao nibs for extra crunch.
