Air fryer salmon fillet with dill

This air fryer salmon fillet with dill is a breeze to make. The air fryer makes the salmon crispy on the outside all by itself and keeps the inside buttery tender, whilst fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon provide a fresh touch. This protein-rich dish is on the table in roughly ten minutes without you having to wash a single pan.

In Phase 1, salmon is a valuable choice because it delivers plenty of high-quality protein and healthy fats with virtually no carbohydrates. That rich nutritional value keeps you satisfied for longer, making sticking to a protein diet much more enjoyable. That way you stay on track through this phase without hunger.

Lovely with a fresh green salad or some steamed broccoli for a complete, light meal.

Zo maak je het

  1. Brush the salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees.
  3. Place the salmon skin-side down in the basket.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes at 200 degrees until the salmon is just done.
  5. Serve with a wedge of lemon.

Bewaren

Store the salmon covered for up to 1 day in the fridge and preferably eat it the same day. Don't reheat it, it's equally delicious served cold.

Variatietips

No dill in the house? Fresh parsley or chives work just as well. A hint of mustard mixed into the olive oil gives the salmon a spicy twist.
