Creamy salmon soup with white beans
Phase 4 lunch: hearty salmon soup with white beans and corn for balanced maintenance, protein-rich and satisfying.
Creamy salmon soup with white beans is a bowl of comfort for cooler days. Soft pieces of salmon, creamy white beans and sweet corn come together in a lightly creamy fish stock, finished with fresh chives. It's a savoury, nourishing soup with enough body to pass as a proper meal.
In Phase 4 of the protein diet, it's all about balanced maintenance, and this soup fits perfectly. With 32 grams of protein from the salmon and beans and 34 grams of carbohydrates, you maintain a healthy ratio. The combination of protein, fibre from the beans and healthy fats ensures long-lasting satisfaction, ideal for keeping your weight stable.
Lovely with a small piece of wholemeal bread to dip into the soup or an extra spoonful of yoghurt for a touch more creaminess. A pinch of fresh pepper and some extra chives make each bowl feel just a little more special.
