Terms and Conditions
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders you place with Biotëine, a trading name of D-Line BV.
2. Products
Our products are dietary supplements and meal replacements. They are not intended to replace a normal, healthy diet. If you have any medical conditions, always consult your doctor or dietitian before use.
3. Ordering and delivery
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Orders placed on working days before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day.
4. Prices
All prices on the website are in euros, inclusive of 9% VAT (for food products) and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change at any time; for orders already placed, the price applicable is that at the time of ordering.
5. Payment
We accept iDEAL / WERO, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and Klarna. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and Pay.nl.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days to change your mind. Please see our returns and refunds policy for details.
7. Warranty and liability
Our products comply with all applicable European directives and NVWA standards. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
8. Complaints
You can submit complaints via hello@bioteine.com. We will respond within 24 hours on working days. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee or via the EU platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
