Delivery Policy
At Bioteine, we do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing and dispatch
If you place your order on a working day before 3.00 pm, your parcel will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed later than this, as well as orders placed at weekends and on public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Track & trace
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with the tracking link. You can then see when your parcel will arrive.
Not at home?
Our letterbox parcels fit through a standard letterbox. If you’re not at home, the delivery driver will leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Damaged or not received?
Please email hello@bioteine.com within 14 days, including your order number and any photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund free of charge.
