30-day cooling-off period
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. You can return unopened products for a full refund.
Taste Guarantee
Does the product not taste as expected? Please let us know within 30 days via hello@bioteine.com – we will refund or replace the product, even if it has already been opened.
How do I return an item?
- Send an email to hello@bioteine.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- You’ll receive confirmation of your return within 1 working day.
- Pack the products carefully and drop off the parcel at a PostNL collection point.
- As soon as we receive the return, you’ll get your money back within 14 working days via the same payment method.
Non-returnable
- Opened products without a taste guarantee claim
- Gift vouchers and discount vouchers
- Products with a broken hygiene seal
Return postage costs
Returns are free of charge for faulty or damaged products. For returns without cause within 30 days, the original delivery charges will be deducted.
