How does the 4-phase system work?
The system guides you from a strictly high-protein diet (phase 1) to lifestyle maintenance (phase 4). Each phase has its own products and portion sizes – see the information page for details.
What is the delivery time?
Order before 15:00 on working days and your parcel will be dispatched the same day. Free delivery on orders of €45 or more in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I return this?
Return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Satisfaction guarantee on flavour.
How does the subscription work?
12% discount when you subscribe. You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time via your account.
